A recreational membership has a one-time fee of $60 and is expected to be renewed annually. During the last month of every season, we offer an early bird special, which will give you the opportunity to have your membership fee waived for the coming season.

To take advantage of this offer, please register for a class before August 1st to keep your complimentary membership active. If you do not register by this date, your free membership will expire, and the standard $60 membership fee will apply for future enrollment.

Our monthly membership fees are a flat rate, regardless of the number of classes in a month. Please note that our pricing structure does not accommodate variations based on the number of classes or closures, as these factors are already considered when determining the monthly tuition.

Our recreational classes operate on a month-to-month ongoing enrollment basis, offering you the flexibility to withdraw at any time. To secure your child's spot in a class, tuition payment is required upfront upon enrollment.

For example, if you register in August for a class that begins in September, you will be charged the initial tuition fee at the time of registration. Consequently, your next tuition payment will not be due until October. If you choose to enroll mid-month, tuition will be pro-rated to reflect the number of remaining classes in that month.

Our standard student-to-coach ratio is 8:1, but may vary depending on the class.

Ready Steady classes may be as low as 6:1, while some older classes may have up to 10:1.

Warm-Up & Stretch: 10–15 minutes

Event Rotations: Students are guided through the four events using a variety of activities and obstacle courses. Our class obstacles change every two weeks, and some stations may be upgraded in the second week to add a new challenge while continuing to reinforce the same skill.

Pit Time & Review: Classes occasionally finish with earned free play or a short review of shapes and skills.

We no longer offer trial classes. Since our recreational program is month-to-month, families can use the first

month to see if the class is a good fit while giving their child time to adjust, get comfortable, and build confidence.

If your child has 2+ years of previous gymnastics experience, even after taking a break, we recommend starting with an Intermediate class. Our Beginner classes are designed specifically as an introduction to gymnastics.

For a general idea of which level may be the best fit, we also recommend reviewing the class descriptions for the higher levels and comparing them to your child’s previous experience and current skill set.

We’re always happy to help students who are eager to learn and grow. Before dropping a class, consider

whether your child may simply need a new challenge. Some children outgrow their class —not gymnastics!

EGC reserves the right to cancel classes because of poor weather conditions or for any other uncontrollable factors. There will be no refunds or credits given.

We offer one makeup class per month.

In previous seasons, we offered two makeup classes per month; however, due to the high volume of makeup requests, we have updated our policy to one makeup class per month moving forward.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind:

-A makeup class is only available when we are notified of the absence in advance.

-Makeup classes must be used within the same week or the following week of the missed class.

-Unused makeup classes do not carry over from month to month.

-Subject to availability and must be scheduled with the appropriate class/program.

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed classes.

We do not offer enrollment holds or temporary suspensions. If your child needs to take a break,

you will need to withdraw and re-register when you’re ready to return.

CLIENT REQUESTED WITHDRAWALS:
All request to withdraw from a class MUST BE made on or prior to the 25th of each month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

Any request received after the 25th will not be processed until the follow month. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you request a cancellation mid-month, no refund will be issued. Your child may continue attending classes through the remainder of the month.

BEHAVIOR-RELATED TERMINATIONS:
EGC reserves the right to cancel the enrollment of any child who becomes uncontrollable or violates safety rules; no refunds or credits will be issued.
