STEP 3 - ENJOY FLEXIBILITY
We understand! Our month-to-month tuition gives you the flexibility to cancel anytime. Simply notify us by the 25th of the month to avoid being charged for the following month.

What We Offer

RECREATIONAL GYMNASTICS
Our recreational gymnastics classes are tailored by age and level to help every gymnast grow. Each class follows a structured circuit that changes every two weeks— allowing gymnast to learn new skills in week one, build confidence through repetition in week two, and continue progressing with new challenges.

XCEL COMPETITIVE TEAM
Our Xcel Competitive team is designed for gymnasts ready to take the next step into competitive gymnastics. Athletes make a full- year commitment and participate in meets throughout New England.

OPEN GYMS
Open gym is the perfect opportunity for kids to burn off energy, stay active, and have fun! It’s also a great way for new families to explore our space, get comfortable, and experience our space.

 FAQs

  • A recreational membership has a one-time fee of $60 and is expected to be renewed annually. During the last month of every season, we offer an early bird special, which will give you the opportunity to have your membership fee waived for the coming season.

    To take advantage of this offer, please register for a class before August 1st to keep your complimentary membership active. If you do not register by this date, your free membership will expire, and the standard $60 membership fee will apply for future enrollment.

    Our monthly membership fees are a flat rate, regardless of the number of classes in a month. Please note that our pricing structure does not accommodate variations based on the number of classes or closures, as these factors are already considered when determining the monthly tuition.

    Our recreational classes operate on a month-to-month ongoing enrollment basis, offering you the flexibility to withdraw at any time. To secure your child's spot in a class, tuition payment is required upfront upon enrollment.

    For example, if you register in August for a class that begins in September, you will be charged the initial tuition fee at the time of registration. Consequently, your next tuition payment will not be due until October. If you choose to enroll mid-month, tuition will be pro-rated to reflect the number of remaining classes in that month.

  • EGC reserves the right to cancel classes because of poor weather conditions or for any other uncontrollable factors. There will be no refunds or credits given.

    As a courtesy, we offer a maximum of 2 make-up classes per month, regardless of the reason for missing.

    Make ups cannot be exchanged as credits and do not carry over

  • CLIENT REQUESTED WITHDRAWALS:
    All request to withdraw from a class MUST BE made on or prior to the 25th of each month to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

    Any request received after the 25th will not be processed until the follow month. NO EXCEPTIONS.

    BEHAVIOR-RELATED TERMINATIONS:
    EGC reserves the right to cancel the enrollment of any child who becomes uncontrollable or violates safety rules; no refunds or credits will be issued.
